Oops, I misspoke. I actually have the Kiwami RCA cables. After reading 5 pages of Takami power cords I just typed wrong and I am functionally blind so it is hard to read what I type. That said, the Kiwami is a super RCA cable. I am going to be testing the Tchernov USB vs the FTA Callisto on my Lampi Pacific. Then I hope to test the Takumi on my Inakustic Power conditioner and may be the Lampi.
聖HIJIRI Users thread
Based on a discussion with another forum member, I've been reading up on this Comback Corporation brand. The reviews I've found have been pretty positive, but I've also learned over the years to take all reviews with a grain of salt. So the purpose of this thread is for users to share their input on 聖HIJIRI cables. When you share, if you'd discuss what model of HIJIRI you demoed and what brands/models they were compared to, that'd be very helpful.
A little background: a few years ago I was reading the Audio Envy threads and decided to give them a try as the seemed to compete with much higher-priced cable. So I decided to give AE a try. I found both the $179 P2 and the $279 M3 to easily best an Isotek power cord at $1k. So that got me thinking even more about value products. I was about to give Zavfino a try and then was given another recommendation to give HIJIRI a try. So this is how I got here. I'll be very interested to hear all user comments on HIJIRI and this should be a good repository for the brand.

@willgolf are you using the Inakustik 3500P or the newer one in your system ? I use a 3500P and currently looking to upgrade its power cord. Do you mind asking what power cord are you using with it ? |
@debitI have the 3500P and am very happy with it. I just asked about the 4500 and they are back ordered to January 2023. I was told the 3500 can more than hold its own. I had the Inakustic 2404 reference power cords going into a SR orange duplex box. I just sold all of my Inakustic cables. For the time being, I have a DIY Helix Dueland power cord but I have a feeling I am going to end up with the Takumi. If I do I feel like I need three Takumi's: One for the 3500P, one for the Lampi Horizon, and one for my Lucas Audio Music server. That is a major investmentand I am not sure I could hide that investment from my spouse, LOL. |
@willgolf what wires and connectors are you using for the Helix pc ? A week back a friend bought 3 Helix power cords with different connectors (some are quiet expensive) but cheap wires. For the price, they put many expensive power cords to shame, including brand in this thread and many other well known brands. Ever since I have been contemplating building few for myself. I think the 3500P deserves the best power cord possible if everything is connected to it. |
