You can check Hi Fi Shark and check to see what the used ones have sold for and go from there. Sell the pieces individually as you will get more $$$ that way. If you have the boxes and packing material, the units will be a little more valuable. The Krell and Legacy speakers should sell easily, not too sure about the Theta, don’t know too much about them. Once you have the prices in mind, take good pictures and post an ad here or on USA AudioMart.
Need some help/guidance with Krell 700cx
Hi, all… looking for some major help. My father passed away and I’m needing to sell his equipment. He left me a vague letter stating a value of the system, but I think I’ll need to break it down and sell it piecemeal. I have tried local places and no interest, but I really need to know what I have and value everything. There is the Krell700cx, Krell current tunnel, legacy speakers, Theta Data III transports, Theta DS Pro, Theta Series II universal transport, a subwoofer and ASC tube traps. I also found a small set of Epicure Fourteen speakers. I saw some boxes in the garage attic but haven’t gone up there yet. I don’t know how to work it to proof it, not all are connected and set up, so I’m not sure what works and what doesn’t. Where can I start to figure this all out?? I was lead here ….
