Large room with low budget for speakers

Hey everyone I have been having issues finding the right kind of boxed speakers that would work in my room well that won’t be too dry on the bass region my set up has an array of Rel woofers my budget is 30k but all the speakers that would be big enough would be around 60k and up I have looking into brands like Focal, Rockport, and Wilson audio but none of the smaller speakers from these brands are very impressive in my room

How big a room, how loud do you intend to play the system and what are your other components?  It is a bit hard to gauge what the basic requirements of the speakers you need.  What are you currently using and in what way to you hope to improve on the sound?

I have heard some fairly small speakers sound superb in very large rooms.  For example a two-way YG Carmel speaker did not have any problems handling a ballroom in a mansion that was at least 25' x 50' x 12'.  But, then again, if you require rock concert level, it would not work.  It would help to know what you have actually heard, and what you liked and did not like and the particular settings for what you heard (in a comparable room to yours?).

For the Nenuphar Basis speaker I mentioned above, the room was a fairly large conference room, close to 25' x 50' x 12', and the speakers were well out into the room and bass was surprisingly strong, with no need at all for subwoofers.  This is what a very good two-way system can deliver.  The Fyne system I mentioned was playing in a very small room, so I don't know how they would sound in a larger room, but, I think they would be a candidate.

No box speakers but the Magnepan 30.7 should fill any room a bit more than you want to spend. You could also go with the 20.7 and a couple of subs.

@johnto … Good call, possibly even good condition or refurbished Appogies l , Perhaps also take a look at some of the Tannoy Prestige range with dual concentric drivers .

JBL Everest dd67000, dd66000, dd65000. Or JBL K2 s9900, s5500. I have modified Hartsfields but they are ultra rare, love them.

What’s your definition of a high budget?

A few of these would do the trick.
