Explain what is a clean power amplifier?

Clean power comes after a shot of Clorox and a dose of UV.  
Can one shortcut improved sound? 
Can one buy improved sound?
Reckon maybe is the best answer for both, but no absolutes. Though money can promise better experiences most of the time, while hacks and tonics promise disappointment most of the time. 

Clean power comes when the number of idiots in a room is less than 1.0

+1,000,000 on clean power and clean connects, contact points, the room and the whole kit and kaboodle. Ear wax too if you want to go there.

After paying off my life insurance I'm stilling down to listen and enjoy a nice Clorox cocktail my wife made for me.  Talk about clear liquids.

I use Pinesol to get clean power from my amp.
