M scaler or Cables

Which item will have the most dramatic impact on the music, a Chord Hugo M scaler or Nordost Valhallas?
Nordost cables and connects with original SPM reference speaker cables exist. I would be connecting the M scaler to the Chord Hugo TT 2. Whats are your opinions?

I am a Chord Dealer.  The usual path is customers buy a TT2.  Three months later add an M-Scaler and a few months after that trade in the TT-2 and buy a Dave.

IMO, the M-Scaler is going to have the biggest impact but don’t assume that you are going to stop upgrading.  If you do opt for the Dave, you will want an M-Scaler in six months anyway.  Daves and M-Scalers go together like peanut butter and jelly.
The nice thing is TT2s hold there value and I will give you $4K for a TT2 on trade towards a DAVE if it is not scratched and you have original packaging.
If you need anything, I have Black Dave’s in-stock and can get m-scalers quickly.  It will be a couple weeks before Silver Daves will be available.
Both of these moves would have a much bigger impact than any cable you are going to buy.
@verdantaudio I think I am leaning towards getting the Hugo TT2 for a second bedroom to listen to my Meze Empy headphones before I hit the sack. I was thinking of using my existing Sonore microRendu to get Tidal and Qobuz to this DAC. I will upgrade to an opticalRendu to replace the mircoRendu in another system.

Since this thread asks about cables I think I am OK asking the following here:

How does the TT2 sound connected directly into a wall outlet assuming the power is relatively clean in the house? I am trying to avoid a power conditioner for a simple 2 component system.
