Not much to think about since they will all sell out in a day or so. Already have a "G" in any case.  I would like to try the cartridge though.  Hopefully, they will make more down the road.

I like silver version of this turntable much better, cartridge for technics is not a problem at all, so many great cartridges available (new or old). 

It would be better if Technics will re-issues some of their best cartridges.

It looks like a limited edition anniversary deal.

If Technics had offered this when I bought my SL1200G, then yes I would have bought it.  My McIntosh equipment is black and this would have been a better match aesthetically. I just wonder if it is the same table in black or a lower quality one considering it comes with a cartridge and sells for the same price as mine.
