Whest BII Mastering Buffer

This speaks to the fact that when listening to any digital device that outputs an analogue signal, one is listening to the conversion and output stage.

What is missing from the manufacturer's blurb about their listening tests is whether or not they used a preamp - and which preamp.

Interesting product nonetheless.

Going to talk to the builder today sometime. 

An interesting niche product. Analog in and analog out, it seems to me that it only replaces a poorly performing preamp.

I can’t find anyone who has one, when you search it on here you get their phono stage from years ago…at 1500 or 2 grand I would be inclined to try it..

Too bad it costs £3299. At 1/10 it would be an interesting add-on.
