Whats playing on your system today?

Today I decided to listen to two of my favorite rock guitar heros and one great vocalist. Guitarist' Robin Trower, Ronnie Montrose and vocalist Davey Pattison.

I listened to Trower songs:
Bridge of sighs, Stitch in time, The fool and me, my personal favorite- Too rolling stoned and others.....

Then I pulled out "Gamma".
I listened to: Razor King, Wish I was and Skin and bone and others.....

Davey Pattison hooked has also up with Michael Shenker also. I really enjoyed my day so far. Anybody else heard anything good?

what's your system

Many years ago I was watching a documentary (possibly on Yellowstone), the background music was beautiful. I deep dived and found the artist and CD: Voices on the wind. Beth and Cindi Wild; Roses 1994

I haven't played it in years. Really lovely music a mix of similar sounds as Kater and Naki and maybe a bit John Denver

You'll laugh but I dusted off The Best of Ricky Nelson

Next up The Very Best of The Rascals

Loggins and Messina Sittin In Again (1971)

Lorenna McKennet Book of Secrets

Jennifer Nettles Playing with Fire:It sounds so much better with my new coax, as will all CDs from now on

Each Christmas I bring out the same 4 CDs. One in particular is Dianna Krall

a limited CD complete with calendar

Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas

Back in my previous life turntable I had several Mannheim Steamroller records. Of the many things I like about Yellowstone is the sound staging

The Who Then/Now  poor recording, at least the first few songs. Will scroll through later

I think it was 1988, but it's a huge compilation. Look it up as there is a complete listing of songs and artists

yesterday I replaced my 2 week new Odin 2 Gold coax with...

the Yangsane  Pure Silver, so I ordered it too. I felt it was time to replace it with the Grey Knight. AMAZING, and not even broken in. The Odin 2 Gold lacks the inner detail. speed and bass punch and expanded sound stage that the Grey Knight has in spades. HIGHLY recommended
So I was flying through CDs Patricia Barber Modern Cool, Joe Walsh The Player You Drink..., Randy Travis Heroes and Friends, Alan Parsons Project Eye in the Sky, all while watching 3 NFL games

Leonard Cohen Greatest Hits 2 disc. The first disc sounded fuzzy-distorted. This happens over time with every disc treatment I ever used. Washed it with pure water and very mild Dr Bonner’s soap. Problem gone
