1976!OMG I was 16,1 year away from the Army,living in a beat up old Dodge van & Diving the coast of Cali from La Jolla to Mendacino Co...Oh man all you had to do for fresh Black Sea Bass & Abalone was pick a spot,pull over & hit the water...Thanks for reminding me!

Can be hard to find MQA only on tidal as they refuse to clump them all together to make it easy.
Do you see a "master's" tab?
Masters means MQA.
I see that tab on tidal phone app through my Bluesound Vault. |
I have been having trouble finding mqa offerings on Tidal recently. I don't get the "Whats New" screen on my desktop, ipad or android phone apps. Anybody know how to get to the mqa stuff? Thanks,

I cached 4 hours of Radio Paradise before heading on a business trip. Tonight, and last night, listened to cached Radio Paradise while riding the bike in the hotel gym.
I love Radio Paradise. And I appreciate the ability to cache it for travel. |

There are those who consider your method good enough for sure.
Personally I went for a higher sq via Tidal streamed through a Bluesound vault2. But all depends what streaming service and how much you prepared to spend.
I can tell you that Tidal HiFi is much richer sounding in my system than say radio paradise or Spotify but it should be at $20 a month

I've been streaming from my phone and iPad and wondering should I invest in a component dedicated to streaming? Â What are the ways I could do this? Â Music server? Â DAC combo? Â What are the options and benefits? Â Will sound quality improve?
I recently started listening to Radio Paradise after my favorite channel on Sirius, The Loft, was eliminated from the satellite lineup. Â What an amazing improvement in sound quality. Â Will be ending my Sirius commitment soon. Â |

This kid is streaming "Relaxing Jazz Piano" The Bill Evans Trio via Tidal. Planning on getting a real turntable sometime next year hopefully one that's older than I am :-)

And they ALL get a turn.
Does not mean that streaming is "for kids" at all.

Deezer interface seems to be very similar to Tidal so I find it to be intuitive.
Tidal MQA titles have a slight edge but both streaming same 16/44 is a bust! |
