What are you streaming tonight?

As we are in the modern age of music I thought I would see how this fares.
We have threads specific for cdp and tt so why not streaming as it is a modern media.
I don't care if you stream Tidal, Deezer, Spotify, Paradise Radio or any number of internet stations.
I would like you to share your tastes and method of streaming.

16 here too in 76.....
Just fresh into college, what an eye opener for a country boy!
1976!OMG I was 16,1 year away from the Army, living in a beat up old Dodge van & Diving the coast of Cali from La Jolla to Mendacino Co...Oh man all you had to do for fresh Black Sea Bass & Abalone was pick a spot, pull over & hit the water...Thanks for reminding me!
I wonder if todays generation will have such a close tie between music & their lives?
Ghosthouse

Yea
They never really tapped into the same magic ever again unfortunately.
uberwaltz -
I agree wholeheartedly about that S/T/ Boston debut.  What a great record.  It was good then; 42 years later, it's still good.

(Time flies)
Boston, self titled debut album.
Even after all this time from its 1976 release I still find it to have a fresh feel.
Can be hard to find MQA only on tidal as they refuse to clump them all together to make it easy.
Do you see a "master's" tab?
Masters means MQA.
I see that tab on tidal phone app through my Bluesound Vault.
I have been having trouble finding mqa offerings on Tidal recently.  I don't get the "Whats New" screen on my desktop, ipad or android phone apps.  Anybody know how to get to the mqa stuff?  Thanks,

Clearing out some cobwebs via Bluetooth from my FiiO X1 Gen.II. with Whitesnake,Y&T,UFO,Ronnie James Dio....
Still not really given Radio Paradise a good run yet, its on my todo list!

Glad I tried Deezer though so far.
Love their Hard Rock station and Flow.
More streaming via phone to shop floor stereo today
I cached 4 hours of Radio Paradise before heading on a business trip. Tonight, and last night, listened to cached Radio Paradise while riding the bike in the hotel gym.

I love Radio Paradise. And I appreciate the ability to cache it for travel.
Udog.
Pm me if you have any vault or tidal question and be glad to help.
Had my Vault for 18 months and tidal for over 1 year.
Good luck!

Uberwaltz, have already looked into the Bluesound, so I appreciate your confirmation.  Have already decided to go Tidal as well.  Guess I was just looking for confirmation.  Will talk to the dealer re: the specifics.  Wired, etc.  Thanks.
Pandora + Susanna Vega station.Vega,Tracy Chapman,Gentle Waves,Edie Brickell(another great memory in my life..I worked for 2 years for her Accountant/Managers brother..Down to earth & sweet as her voice she was)...
Streaming Deezer Hard Rock radio channel via my phone to company shop floor stereo!
Hah!
We have never had it so good.
Excellent question.
There are those who consider your method good enough for sure.
Personally I went for a higher sq via Tidal streamed through a Bluesound vault2. But all depends what streaming service and how much you prepared to spend.
I can tell you that Tidal HiFi is much richer sounding in my system than say radio paradise or Spotify but it should be at $20 a month
I've been streaming from my phone and iPad and wondering should I invest in a component dedicated to streaming?  What are the ways I could do this?  Music server?  DAC combo?  What are the options and benefits?  Will sound quality improve?
I recently started listening to Radio Paradise after my favorite channel on Sirius, The Loft, was eliminated from the satellite lineup.  What an amazing improvement in sound quality.  Will be ending my Sirius commitment soon.
Lets see
At airport now streaming Deezer Flow.
Not something I can achieve with a tt.
Yes many moons ago there was the ubiquitous Sony Walkman in both cassette and CD forms.
Think only Geoff Kait listens to those now......
This kid is streaming "Relaxing Jazz Piano" The Bill Evans Trio via Tidal. Planning on getting a real turntable sometime next year hopefully one that's older than I am :-)
ebm:& just how OLD are your CD player, turntable & cartridge? If they are older than 3 years your gear is outdated & outperformed by todays newest DACS!!!
If streaming is for kids CDP’s & TT’s are for dinosaurs!Oh and snap crackle & pop are also for kids so why do you listen to them via TT?
Really?
Everybody to their own of course.
I also have a tt, a CD player AND a Nakamichi cassette player.
And they ALL get a turn.
Does not mean that streaming is "for kids" at all.
Just my opinion......
NO i have a real CD player and a real turntable streaming is for the kids.
OMFG!
Metallica live with San Francisco Symphony Orchestra.
Never even knew this existed.

Mind blowing!
Very impressed with what Deezer term "Flow".
Its like a Pandora self made station but on steroids!
Very adapting and full 16/44 CD quality.
If Tidal does go belly up I could make do with Deezer.
Just listened to Shake yer Money maker.
The Black Crowes.
In the car Via Tidal via Bluetooth.
What a wonderful world we live in!
V is for Viagara.... Puscifer.

Hard to tell any real sq difference between Tidal and Deezer so far.
Deezer interface seems to be very similar to Tidal so I find it to be intuitive.

Tidal MQA titles have a slight edge but both streaming same 16/44 is a bust!
Just signed up for Deezer, will see how it compares to Tidal
Premium plus normal is 9.99 a month but as new user got first 3 months at just 0.99!
Cancel anytime so hard to go wrong!
