Walk me thru this please...

I own a 2 year old Oppo 205 used for Disc playback, DVD watching and thumb drive music playing.
I am considering buying the Innuos Zenith 1 or 2 TB Streamer.

Here is where  I need to know what to know:

What will I give up if I sell the Oppo and replace it with the streamer?

Playing DVD movies is one.

Others?

Thanks in advance for your contributions!

I really like my Oppo BD player but the convenience of dedicated streamers, like Tidal and local music integration are hard to best.

I only turn on the Oppo when I want to play a DVD or BD.

You won't be able to play CDs. The CD slot on the Innuos Zenith is for ripping.
I own a Innuos Zen Mini and the first model Oppo put on the market. I've ripped all of my cd's to the Mini, and the sound is very good and really convenient . However, cd's still sound better to me played on the Oppo then ripped music to the streamer. In fact physical media, ie cd's and dvd's or blu rays are much better then their streamed counterparts. Streaming is convenient. But the old stuff still gets it done.
Instead of the Zenith get a Zen and a good DAC, keep the Oppo for movie night and it’s all big upside.
