Value for money headphone amp and headphones

Hi everyone, any recommendations for a good headphone amp and set of headphones to listen to all genres of music, that has good bass response?  I would like to go wireless, but I guess that would be a major compromise in sound.  My source would be vinyl and online streaming.  Thanks
