Really don't see the need for it, these follow up questions are good back and forth and give you an idea of who you are dealing with. Just sayin.
Time to Get Specific
I would like to see a couple more mandatory categories when listing an item:
Year Purchased/Year Built-example 2014/2012-With a check box if unsure but put a best guess at least.
Original Owner: Y/N
Receipts for purchase: Y/N
Okay that's more than a couple but why not make accuracy a goal that is rewarded?
