FYI I had a full AA dac/transport rig, including the light interconnects

My dac/pre of some 4 years now is the AA DDP-1 + PS 5- AMAZING

I wish hifi was black and white, but never will be. So no. Dac matters and it sounds different depending on its connectivity, bit stream, power qualities, mechanical dampping, etc
