Hey Henry...good for you. I'm glad they sound good, but they're still bootlegs, they are not taken from the original masters, and they have nothing to do with MFSL. $40 per CD is a little too much for bootlegs...especially when the entire catalog is bound to be remastered in the next few years. Besides that, the LPs sound better than any of the CDs (and you may agree, because they LPs may very well be the source of your CDs).
Stones and Beatles MFSL CD's?
HI....Has anyone else out there noticed the new crop of supposed Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs releases on Ebay of several Rolling Stones and many Beatles titles on CD? They are said to be made in West Germany and obviously out of print.None of the auctions provide any concrete proof of origin.Hey I'd buy them all if I knew they were legit.I'd sure like some help from any experts on the subject.....Thanks in advance
