I just installed the new firmware, thanks for the tip! I hope the remote app on my iPad still works properly. The last time I did a firmware upgrade, there was an update to the remote app from Apple.
Sony HAP-Z1ES: fresh firmware update today
My Sony updated itself today. The unit screen said ’view website for info’ but crickets on the official page. New firmware version is 0017050R. I did a chat session with support but of course they knew nada.
Anyhoo, any owners have the skinny on this new firmware? I was so excited when I saw the notice I had to go tinkle.
