Solidsteel 5 or Adona Zero racks

Hi All - I'm in the market for a 4-shelf rack and have whittled it down (I think) to either a Solidsteel 5 series or an Adona Zero rack, I am flummoxed as to which to go with.  Anyone have any views on either -- or other reasonably priced alternatives...  I can't really justify going much over $1500...

Thanks much,

Michael

I realize you've narrowed it down to two choices but I'll still suggest reaching out to www.resonantwoods.com if you would be at all interested in a woods rack as @lostbears suggested. I have a pair of their speaker stands on order which I've read very good reviews on.
I'm with roxy54 on this one. The adjustability and looks of the Adona racks, especially for the price, are what I went with. You can further their performance by upgrading feet and shelves very easily as well.
I say go with the Adona. I've had mine for about 8 yearts now. It looks great, works great and the adjustability is wonderful. I still stare at it and think that it looks beautiful.

I had a Solidsteel rack and sold it. I now have a Zoethecus rack. If I were looking for a rack it would be made of maple. I have tube gear and I have found maple sounds more natural.
I suggest you look at Sound Anchor - good, well-damped stands and good people to deal with.
