Good point. If you go to their site they refer you to their network of dealers. Dealers are the first point of contact. Sim does not sell from their site. So, their first point of contact is always the dealer whom you intend to purchase or have purchased. I bought a Sim Moon product from a dealer... I never had any issues or questions... but would have gone to the dealer to get them answered. Typically if the dealer couldn't answer them, they would  call Sim and get an answer for me (educating themselves in the process). 

OP.."perhaps I have no business buying the 861" I would agree...Move on to another company dude. Hifi has so many "customers" "clients"  that want their a**es kissed the way they want it. Maybe buy a boat or a new car...less likely you’ll be dissapointed by perceived customer service issues.

And agree "but would have gone to the dealer to get them answered" is the correct path to getting your question answered...You have not bought the Moon amp yet, why bug the manf?

@gano The moderators are the ones who remove the comments. Yes I can read and I also have  deductive reasoning skills. These skills tell me that members do not remove comments, they may flag them and the mod is arbitrator of what the final disposition of your comments will be. Much like Cesar in the Colosseum, thumbs up your comment lives on (no negative reports) thumbs down your comment dies.  On another note that is not what you said and most here interpreted your post to be a derogatory comment pointed at the mods and the members here.  

I have also deduced from your posts that you are a very angry, bitter person.

@foggyus91 I am not angry or  bitter. And you act like a child. I have been in touch with the mods 100s of times about removed comments. Not anymore. I don’t care. For your information (to you @cleeds too): they don’t make decisions about what they remove, if someone flags it, they remove it. You know how I know it? I asked them. 100s of times. So, in effect, FORUM MEMBERS remove comments. Go ahead and ask them. 

They have removed 100s of my comments when someone flagged them without even reading it. When I asked the moderator, why it was removed, they said "because it was flagged" When I reasoned that "it was on topic, not offensive, not political, nor any of 

• It looked like spam
• It was abusive towards another member
• It depicts explicit and/or violent content
• It contains profanity

The moderator restored it.
