SimAudio Moon - Impossible to get a hold of for support?


I am thinking about investing some serious money into buying a Moon Audio 861 amp. It sounds so good! But their support seems to be horrible. I sent a email to them and never got a reply. I called their number in Canada and got a option to 'hit #6 for english' in which I did but I got French. If my amp ever had issues, how would I get a hold of them? They seem unreachable.

And agree "but would have gone to the dealer to get them answered" is the correct path to getting your question answered...You have not bought the Moon amp yet, why bug the manf?

OP.."perhaps I have no business buying the 861" I would agree...Move on to another company dude. Hifi has so many "customers" "clients"  that want their a**es kissed the way they want it. Maybe buy a boat or a new car...less likely you’ll be dissapointed by perceived customer service issues.
