SimAudio Moon - Impossible to get a hold of for support?


I am thinking about investing some serious money into buying a Moon Audio 861 amp. It sounds so good! But their support seems to be horrible. I sent a email to them and never got a reply. I called their number in Canada and got a option to 'hit #6 for english' in which I did but I got French. If my amp ever had issues, how would I get a hold of them? They seem unreachable.

Good point. If you go to their site they refer you to their network of dealers. Dealers are the first point of contact. Sim does not sell from their site. So, their first point of contact is always the dealer whom you intend to purchase or have purchased. I bought a Sim Moon product from a dealer... I never had any issues or questions... but would have gone to the dealer to get them answered. Typically if the dealer couldn't answer them, they would  call Sim and get an answer for me (educating themselves in the process).
