Shunt versus Ladder Passive Preamp?

I am planning to purchase a Passive Preamp to connect an Allnic Phono Preamp (200 ohm output impedance) and an Aric Audio 300b SET (100K ohm input impedance). 

Trying to decide whether to get a Passive Pre with Shunt or Ladder attenuation. 

Recommendations and reasons?
