I have nothing against vinyl, tubes, or cassettes. I simply prefer digital. Would I discourage anyone from trying vinyl? Nope. What I don't understand is why you're so sensitive about all this.
Until you actually buy it and hear it, passing judgement on any piece of gear you've never heard is baseless. I had to tweak the audio settings to reduce bass, increase treble, and apply every setting the little receiver had to get it sounding accurate...to an extent.
I bought it for subjective listening and simply enjoying music. And it works.
I don't care about what others think. It makes no difference to me.
