Problems using nucleus and network share

I have a roon nucleus and trying to access files on a windows desktop. I have got nucleus to list folder but I get a
loading folder unauthorized error message. I am leaving user and password fields blank as they are not required and passwords are not used.

does nucleus work with a win 10 desktop?? Roon support is not very good.
