Service manual for Counterpoint NPS 200

I own a Counterpoint NPS 200E power amplifier. Unfortunately the left power transistors fried due to an unknown reason. 

Now I need to repair it and adjusted the bias and offset and for this I need a copy of the service manual or the power stage schematic and the instrutions to adjust the bias and offset.

Michael Elliot is long disappeared and my only hope is you guys. I need your help.

Thank you for your help, but eserviceinfo.com don't have available the NPS 200 service manual. I looked everywhere on the web without sucess. I only have a copy of tube circuit schematic i found on a old diyaudio threads, but i need the output circuit schematic and instrutions how to adjust the bias and offset of the output circuit.

I'm wiling to pay for this information.
