Service manual for Counterpoint NPS 200

I own a Counterpoint NPS 200E power amplifier. Unfortunately the left power transistors fried due to an unknown reason. 

Now I need to repair it and adjusted the bias and offset and for this I need a copy of the service manual or the power stage schematic and the instrutions to adjust the bias and offset.

Michael Elliot is long disappeared and my only hope is you guys. I need your help.
