Portable speakers around 300K?

My Denon Envaya fell to the floor and don’t function anymore. Anyone having recommendations for a good sounding speaker that I can take with me outdoor and while travelling? 

I am looking for
- budget around 300K
- less than a kilo in weight
- battery
- splash resistant

I have looked at Dali, Minirig, Denon, Marshall, Sony, but it is a bit difficult to listen these days where, so any recommendations will be appreciated.
