Phono pre amp

Greetings music lovers. I've been out of the game for many years. Just getting back in vinyl only. Have prima luna dialogue premium, music hall 7.3 TT with ortofon bronze and klipsch heresy  iv. Was hoping to snag used manley chinook but they get snapped up quickly. Rather not wait. Suggest tube phono with 3K budget.  Thanking you in advance for your input.

Thanks for letting me  use your eyes and ears. I did in fact jump on the manley.  Easy peasy.

You can get a brand new Chinook within your budget.  Keep an eye on Echo Hi-Fi.  They seem to get used ones in on a fairly regular basis.

I would consider the Allnic H-1202, Herron VTPH-2A, and Modwright PH9.0 at that price point.  All excellent - depends on the sound and features you're looking for.  Many reviews available online for all three.
