Pass Labs xa30.8 died

Hi,
I'm having trouble finding any useful info, but does this amp have a simple fuse to replace? Mine just died today, and I can't figure out how to fix it (other than taking it in for service).
Any info appreciated

Praying for your boy tonight!  If he don’t make it, I’ll blast some raw blues for you...
I recently purchased an HPA-1 that was a dealer demo. When it arrived it would not power up. I went through the obvious stuff. Power source, power cable, it has an accessible fuse holder on the rear panel. All good. I found a forum thread that said this model has experienced issues with a ribbon connector. I copied it here:

Thanks Thorensman, appreciate the suggestions. I got in touch with Pass Labs and they suggested that sometimes in transport the ribbon connecting the circuit board to the main panel comes undone. Sure enough when I opened it up, the ribbon had come loose. 3 mins later and all good! Glad it was an easy fix.”

Mine had basically the same issue. The connector wasn’t visibly disconnected, but I did reseat it and solved the problem. I realize your circumstances and gear are different, however it is something you could look at while you wait to get in touch with support. Good luck.
There could also be rail fuses. But, you need to open up the case.
First contact Pass to get the dope from the horse's mouth.

The fuse socket is right above the power inlet.  You have to unscrew that little plastic part with the slot in it.  It's a 5amp fuse.

I suspect that is your issue.  These things are crazy reliable.  If not, Pass will take care of you.

"On the rear panel is a master switch and additionally a fuse holder on the smaller amps. The fuse holder accepts type 3AG (6.3mm x 32mm) 250 volt glass fuses of the slow blow variety."
