Ortofon Concorde Music Black or Ortofon Concorde Music LVB 250?

Hi group,

Could use your opinion: I have a Technics SL1200GR, and I'm considering a couple options for cartridges: Ortofon's Concorde Music Black or the more expensive Concorde Music LVB 250. I understand the LVB has the better boron cantilever, but for anyone who's heard both, is the LVB worth the extra $400?

Another option I have is KAB's Reloop (made by Ortofon) Concorde Black 40, which has a Frtiz Gyger 70 stylus. I bought it a few years ago and it's been in its box, unopened. Should I just use that instead? Kevin at KAB tells me it's a pretty good cartridge.

What do you folks think?

Thanks in advance for your advice.

I may be leaning towards the LVB; I've heard good things about the Quintet line.

One attraction for me with the Concordes is ease of alignment. After years of fiddling with cartridges, I've come to the conclusion that I'm just not that good at setting up carts. So, something plug-and-play appeals to me.

Thanks for your response.
