The reason I have not included the name of the manufacturer, as some of you have asked, is because I am still waiting for his response to have my cables returned (at his expense) - really, just don't want to complicate the already frustrating situation.
However, I suspect this will be a long drawn affair as the person I am dealing with is ACTUALLY the owner of the company.
For what it's worth, he doesn't seem to be too concern about rendering "bad / no" service. It's a take it or leave it kind of mentality that frustrates me. sigh.
Will keep you guys posted as the situation develops....and in the meanwhile, I am still trying to talk some sense of propriety into him!
