Most impressive youtube demo clips

A lot can be learned from these demos: 1. Does it sound like music? 2. Is music distortion free? 3. Is there a lot of detail? You can't fake any of these parameters. You can also get a better "feel" with headphones (if used). These demos are a lot better than nothing.

Sorry, but you can't judge a system by a YouTube video.

I never claimed that youtube was a perfect proxy for sound quality. Nevertheless it does give some indication about sound quality and characteristics.

I'm curious why some people who think youtube is a worthless indicator of sound quality?

Is it because the lower than lossless resolution? I know I can tell better quality recordings from worse quality recordings on 192 kbs MP3. 

Or is it because people recording systems aren't professionals and aren't recording them with professional equipment? 

Or is there another reason that hearing the recording of reproduction of a recording can't give a good indication of SQ?

Obviously you cannot use You Tube to judge a system, however Kenrick Sound’s videos are the best.
