Morrow MA1 or MA2 Cables

Personally, I would pass on Morrow, unless you get up in price to the ones that won awards - MA5 and such, I think.  I have some MA3's.  Meh.

Look at a real cable Tara Labs or Purist.

Morrow has a 60 day return policy. If you don’t like them,send them back. 60 days seems pretty good to get everything settled in. This way,you get to decide if they are an improvement.  It’s great to get feedback,and opinions from others,but nothing compares to actual experience. 

If you can solder there is a pair of Grover Huffman 2 meter FX plus balanced cable on Audio Circle for $80 shipped.  Cut them in half and add 4 switchcraft rca's for $10 bucks per cable.  You can make 2 pair for $100. I bought a 8 meter pair for $100 and did the same and have to say I am enjoying them as much as my Audience au24 se and Acoustic Zen silver ref 2 which both run around $1000 a pair Honestly I was shocked I like them this much.

A friend let me borrow a Morrow ph3 shielded to help find a hum on my turntable and was not impressed maybe his higher end stuff is better but not the 3. 

I'd say there will be no betterment with those cables. I'd also say that the Blue Jean cables have probably taken you as far as you can go. 

I have a pair of MA2 ic in a box of retired cables. On my “mid-fi” system they just didn’t work, poor synergy I guess. I compared them to 2 different Audioquest and Transparent. This was over a month of listening. Again, I stress, in my system they ranked 3rd out the 4 tested. There are plenty of people who really like them. As the kids say, ymmv.
