Luxman L590AXii vs Accuphase E-650 for a Shindo lover

I have loved tubes all my audiophile life, but looking to pare down to a SS integrated.
These two are the only ones under consideration (not looking for other recos).

I love the Shindo sound (in an ideal world I would own a full Shindo system), rich, full, lush yet transparent with ample details and good thumping bass.

In that case which of these two amps would work best. Where I live Accuphase is 50% more expensive than the Luxman, so that is also worth considering while buying.

My speakers are Devore O/96s. Source AMR DP777

I have a perfect condition Accuphase E-800 with an AD-60 phono card for sale. I bought it new in July. It is a US/120v version. I loved the way it sounded so much that I jumped up to an Accuphase C2900/A80 combo. The E-800 sounds phenomenal with my Harbeth 40.3. I have a big room and wanted more ooomph, so hence the jump to the C2900/A80 combo which would allow me to add another A80 and run them in bridged mode if I wanted even more power.

PM me if interested in the E-800.  It is amazing.
