Luxman flashing power light and relay clicking

I just bought a luxman L100. The problem is I turn it on, the power light flashes on and off and a relay starts to click. In between clicks it will play music for about 2 seconds then stops playing. 5 seconds later it plays music for 2 seconds and stops playing again. The cycle continues.

Anyone else have this issue with their's.
