I checked the user guide and although they reference the headphone jack, they provide zero information as to its specs.
I did however find that your AVR has some sound settings that I have never thought would exist. Such as settings based on what genre of movie you are watching. They actually have settings for dramas, adventure movies and science fiction.
It also has sound settings for the Village Vanguard and Bottom Line in NYC, along with 8 concert halls and 3 churchs.
What was scary is that the Tokyo church boasted a reverb time of 2.5 seconds (?).
That being said, if you are only looking for headphones so you can watch late night TV without disturbing anyone, then just buy whatever fits your budget. Without buying a dedicated headphone amp like @soix suggested, it won’t really matter.
