Linear power supply

Any suggestions for a linear power supply for a Bluesound icon ?

I think well designed SMPS is great, but not every device out there ships with one.  For my exclusively digital devices near my audio I use iFi SMPS adapters

I'm not sure if the Benchmark article covers it, but SMPS have two issues, potentially when not well implemented.  1.  The noise on the DC end, 2. The noise they put back into the AC.

It's also the 21st century so I hope we rely much more on them now!

Pretty sure, adding a LPSU to an Icon before the warranty has expired, voids warranty. The Icon has not been on the market for even a year yet. We have to wait till December. I have a pretty hard time believing that the $100 LPSU would sound the same as an S booster or Teddy Pardo offering. Depending on where you want to go with this set up. One should ask, why am I modifying a midtier audio product when I could be putting that money towards a higher tiered offering.

Mid-tier?  Wait until you tune into 7:45 of this review by TAS!  Essentially, the host is saying the $35k combo of a $28k DAC and highly raved Aurender N200 here sounds better than ICON but the difference is subtle.

Also, other companies may have been working on developing it, but so far, Teddy Pardo seems to be the first and only vendor offering an LPS mod for the ICON.
