Is there any bluetooth receivers with male type-B USB

USB transmit/async suport usually requires some sort of PC and drivers. In Linux these are actually baked into the kernel (bad design if you ask me).

Raspberry Pi 4 with Ubuntu?

I've not tried Bt with it, but it has Wifi + Bt + USB and the latest Ubuntu kernel fully supports the Brooklyn and I assume the Manhattan as well.

I'm using it as a Roon player, before that as a Logitech Media Server and works like a champ.
