Is it possible to buy a decent tube amplifier in the $2000-3000 range?

I have very efficient vintage  Dalquist DQ 20 speakers.
Am currently running them with monoblock NuForce class D amps.
Also vintage Conrad-Johnson PV 11 preamp.
Any suggestions, new or used for tube amp in the $2000-3000 range.

I might be late to the party, but there's an LSA Statement tube/SS hybrid integrated available on Agon now for around $2K. One of the best hybrid integrateds ever made. Will drive anything with delicacy and grace and power.
Yes, the PV 11 is still wonderful after all these years.
Had it looked at by CJ once and re-tube it fairly often.

I think I should retract my original post as I no longer feel the need for a new amp after buying a new Schiit Gungnir DAC.
It’s amazing! Deep soundstage, wonderful clarity, imaging, and plenty of power without distortion when increasing the volume control.
As someone in the thread pointed out, my 160W NuForce monoblocks are sufficient, especially with this new DAC.
And the amps have great synergy with my speakers.

rv - Did you opt for the Multibit upgrade on your Gungnir? If not, it is well worth the money. If you like how things sound now, you will absolutely love what the upgrade brings. "Upgrade" does not do the MB justice. It really is transformational.

I'm happy to read you were able to keep the Dahlquists and make things work.

Continued great listening to you.
Ghosthouse:  Yes, I bought the Multibit, and you’re right.  It’s utterly fantastic, especially when it’s broken in.  I’m listening to an organ piece right now, and it’s blowing me away!

Great listening to you, too!
IIRC, the Conrad Johnson 2500A at 250 wpc was a high current amp made to push difficult loads. You can find a used one for 1600-1800 (I believe) I had one which was nice. It is a SS design with a tube warmth.
