I can’t get hi Rez audio from Quobuz

Hello all I have a problem streaming hi resolution albums from Quobuz via digital out from my Cocktail Audio X40 to Denafrips Gaia and then to Denafrips Terminator 2. The Music X Neo app does not identify the album as hi Rez even though the Quobuz app does. I have the up to 24/192 selected in settings but I am only getting 16/44.1. I am somewhat of a rookie with all this stuff but obviously I am missing something. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. As a side note when I first signed up for Quobuz a week ago I was playing hi resolution on my Cary DMS 600 and later that night having not changed anything I attempted to play hi Rez and it would only do 16/44.1

I believe the HD designation on the Qobuz files includes 24/44.1 along with what would normally be considered high rez files.

Besides the 24/44.1K being considered  hirez (16/44.1K is "CD quality") another issue might be a software setting.  As you can see from the image below, you can select one of four maximum streaming rates. This screenshot is from their "play.qobuz.com" page using a web browser to select music.   Where this is set depends on the program being used -- I use LMS as my streamer and the Qobuz quality setting is found in "Server Settings/Manage Plugins/Qobuz/Preferred Format"  -- as many of us find out, sometimes these settings are deeply buried.  I don't have your gear/software so can't help specifically but am relatively certain there is a setting to manage.
