@mahler123 . I agree re their verbiage.  I had to reach for a bag as soon as I started reading. My post was in jest - I must learn to write so the joke is more obvious :)  My Oppo 205 into my Sony 4k satisfies me for DVD, for now :)

At that price it should also cook your dinner and give a nightly foot massage.  The verbiage on their website is emesis inducing

I'm surprised other manufacturers haven't offered us this option with their CD players.

My Oppo does all those discs. And now there are newer players as Oppo's replacement. So I am not sure what you meant.
