have been searching the forums for information on High Fidelity Reveal IC's and I see that they are recommended , but how do they sound ?      are they are a neutral or warm cable ?

Wire is not a tone control. To believe otherwise is to be delusional. Unfortunately many here are so!

not looking for a tone control, but we all know that all cables dont sound the same.

just trying to get some info on these cables and no replies which surprises me.

@bshaw

I use a High Fidelity CT-2 S/PDIF coax, I've also owned the Reveal digital. I can only speak to these cables, they're neutral and transparent. So much so that they don't influence the sonic signature of the music.

I tried recently to find some used HF ICs but had no luck. Go to the Audiogon archives and look for High Fidelity Cables, there are threads about their various products. You may need to skim through to find comments about ICs. I have several products, so glad I got them before the company folded.

@bshaw, I own many of the High Fidelity products (various models including the High Fidelity Reveal IC’s). I find the Reveal IC’s to be neutral and transparent as lowrider57 mentioned above, a very good interconnect that does it all very well. Check out US Audio Mart for used prices.
