High Fidelity Cables MC-0.5 Effect

I'm looking for some advice please.
Has anyone used/is using a High Fidelity Cables MC-0.5 Power Conditioner?
What are your observations?
I'm looking at possibly getting one.

Have a number of extras already:
- Akiko Triple AC Power Enhancer
- Akiko Audio Fuse Box Tuning Chip
- iFi AC iPurifier
- Russ Andrews 'The Silencer'
- Mad Scientist Nitro power cables
- Signal Ground Solutions Grounding Box
- Bybee iQSE

I'm not looking for comments from those who have not heard this in a system.

Order another MC O5 Helix
Sig. yesterday. Have not heard any thing on shipping yet.
Well I slept on the sale so my 2 Mc05 helix sigs & 1 reg. mc05 will do, I really was thinking on a pro mc05. But I can’t believe my sound can get any better, seriously thinking on the Nps 1260. But what will I hear over what I have now ?
aseaman007,
Surprisingly the NPS 1260 will provide so much more. Everything just sounds so much more relaxed and real sounding.

You really need to get it.

ozzy
That is interesting...I might give it a try. Aseaman, give rick a call. I'm sure he will hook you up.
@giantsalami , really do you think so, well nps 1260 sounds very effective as everyone says.
Tomorrow I will call him, we’ve never spoke just emailed several times. I listened to his Youtube video on nps but his recording was so low I had to listen to it in my car. Interesting stuff but I can see how it works in away with all those different nano particles. Rare elements used hence the price, but being in sales 30yrs theres always a deal to be made. 😎
Happy Listening
68pete I hope they will do sale again before Christmas, true it’s hard to pass.

I have found for me that the MC o5s and other wave guides. Give the bigger bump on the front end equipment. They do help on the amp side, but better on the front end side. I have more than a few on my amp line. If i was just going with 1 wave guide in my system it would be for the front end. The bass is the last to improve, but it will just takes more time.
68pete have you used the nps 1260 with your 68 mc05 s yet ?
Whats different now using nps ?
Hello aseaman007
Yes i have it on about half of them. i will get around to doing the rest later on. Yes big improvement, the sound stage gets much bigger. The separation of different instruments gets bigger . It takes what the MC O5s do and improves it. They work well together. It works well with all the wave guides from the MC O5s to the MC-1 Pro Double Helix  Signatures. Midrange and highs are what stood out first with the bass coming a little longer in time.
I have a feeling High Fidelity got bombarded with orders with their sales last month. I ordered around Oct 17, still have not gotten any email of shipment yet, I call today. Casey who is a nice guy, will try to reach me today.

Hi 68pete,

So did you apply the nps1260 directly to the

Mc05s ? How long in time did you hear a difference.

How many connections did you do at first ?

Happy Listening. 🎶

NPS 1260 shows “sold out”.  Kind of an odd way to describe something out of stock.  Does anyone know if they will be re-stocking?

Wish I had bought the big bottle. The NPS-1260 somehow works better than I could have imagined.

Such a coincidence:

— A week ago I asked the company if they were going to have any sales like Black Friday, as I wanted to buy more NPS 1260.  No reply.

—Two days ago, I see that NPS 1260 is sold out.  Hmmmm.

—Yesterday I notice a sale “60 % off Black Friday site wide sale” through Dec 5th.  NPS 1260 still “sold out”.  Hmmmm again.

Crummwoody maybe they mark Sold Out because they are not included on the sale..Adapters are not included on the sale, mark sold out as well.

Appears you may well be right.  I would have liked it better if the web site simply listed the item as not eligible for the Black Friday discount.  But- not my company, not my call.

Hello i have done about 30 of the MC o5s so far. and yes the sound got better. The sound stage as a whole be came bigger and more defined, Just better sounding across the board.

Thxs 68pete, I’m looking forward to trying nps 1260 when its available and back in stock. I have 3 mc 05s now

2 helix sigs 1 reg. It sounds awesome at this moment but wonder if a anotjer helix sig or mc1 ?

If id hear a difference.

aseaman007

Some times its what you do not hear that is the improvement. (more quite) Every time i have add a wave guide-the base MCO5 or Double Helix Pro it has gotten better. The NPS 1260 is a real game changer.

According to jessica nps 1260 wont be back in stock for at least 2 weeks. Wave guides shipped 2 - 3 weeks.

@ozzy or 68pete since you both are most knowledgible on mc .05 & nps 1260. I tried to get a bottle of nps 1260 I guess their not selling it anymore ? Strange they stated it was the best thing since sliced bread. Lol

Hey ozzy how did you like the nps 1260 ? Does anyone know the difference between the nps 1260 & nps Q 45t ? What ingredients are ? I got an email available feb 8. I’m sure its good since I am a believer in their mc.05s, have 3 of those, I wanted to get one more mc05 but didnt want to wait 2 3 mths for delivery.

Happy listening 😎

aseaman007,

I really like the NPS-1260, best DIY product I have experimented with. I bought the large bottle back when and still have about a half bottle left so I haven't tried the replacement stuff.

BTW, works great on video too!

ozzy

aseaman007

I will be trying the new  Q45t soon. Hope to have by the end of nest week. will post when i do

@ozzy did you apply it to your tv plug ?

@68pete Let me know how it works, only thing holding me back is how fast nps Q45t came out right after they couldnt get nps 1260 anymore. What is the difference in ingredients

that make it better or whatever makes it better.

Thxs

aseman007

I am still waiting on my order of Q45t, but i did just order on Monday. I did apply the 1260 to my Tv and Sat. box power cords. Yes it was a positive results better picture. From what i have read her on the Q45t thread it is thicker and a little more grainer than the 1260. It is also cheaper cost than the 1260.

aseaman007,

Yes, I applied the NPS 1260 on everything I could. Even on my input tubes. Not the output tubes though, too many pins in total.
