Has anyone ever been able to get help from NAD

On a whim I bought an NAD M50.2 but can’t get any assistance from NAD.  Had anyone been able to get useful assistance from them?

Completely off subject, but fifty or so years ago, my Kenwood Receiver (tubed!), stopped working. I went to the tiny storefront that served as Kenwood’s repair station in L.A., and a guy who only spoke Japanese gave me a new one.

Unless you are upgrading from a prior BluOS platform and will never need assistance in terms of written instructions or, God forbid, help from NAD, don’t buy an NAD BluOS product.

I’m about to do the same with my M50.2.   Love the sound and the form factor that realizes that DAC-tastes vary and assumes the owner has his or her own DAC.   The BluOS software can be quirky and the documentation for it almost non-existent.  NAD’s customer support was atrocious and the value of it approached uselessness.

I had a really hard time last spring and it took almost three months to get the M10 I owned fixed.  I sold the M10 at a loss rather than worry if NAD would be there to support it in the future.
