I can only add that I just bought my second pair of Triton References recently. I sold my first pair a few years ago because I had an opportunity to buy a pair of Dynaudio Evidence Temptations. The problem is that they didn’t succeed completely in my room. Then onto the Legacy Aeris which I liked as a speaker but didn’t like the wavelet processor/crossover that was needed for those speakers. Could not stick with that. Drove me crazy. I had always said I should have stuck with the T Refs. So I bought them again. Bass galore. Great soundstage. My room is kinda difficult to get perfect sound but the References are pretty darn close. I had the C50 with MC452 the first go around. Excellent match. I’m using a Michi X5 this time. Great as well. Hope this helps.

I have owned the Triton Reference speakers since 2017. When I bought them, they were selling for $8500.00 a pair, then they jumped up to $12,500 a pair. At $8K, they will outperform most speakers close to their price. I drive mine with a McIntosh 300wpc amp and Mac tube preamp. The scale of the presentation is astounding and the bass is fantastic. The mids and highs are perfect to my ears. This is the longest I have ever owned a pair of speakers and I have no plans to change. The cabinets are gorgeous and they take up little floor space.

I had the T1r’s for a while. The T ref’s are easy to drive, that MAC will do it easily. The T refs have great bass, soundstage and image very well. With them being on sale right now for I think $4K each they would be a bargain. They are being discontinued so resale will not be good.
