Don't buy from this guy!

wish I had seen this .. he ripped me on 2/24/2020.. purchased a Sumiko Blackbird for 685.00 with 30 hrs .. when I opened it the wires were broken .. I immediately took pictures and sent them to him before leaving the UPS store .. same story, won’t respond.
 I started to research and he is all over the internet with people that he has screwed. Because I didn’t go through audiogon there is little  recourse. I am going to report him to law enforcement and post everywhere possible.  I am dumbfounded why Audiogon allows him to post on their site..  I can’t find a contact number or any other avenue to let them know what is going on.. 

surely they would listen. Too many people have been ripped off by Victor ..
