Do you Think Altec model 19 is outdated speakers ?

I owned a pair a few years ago. It is not outdated at all, on the other hand it is not a very good sounding speaker either, IMHO.

Seems classifying speakers as outdated or not isn’t useful.

Although technology marches on, many audiophiles enjoy older gear.  

Those speakers make James Taylor sound like a girl.
