It’s inexcusable to me that a company has no customer service, and streamers are something where you may well need it at some point. I have an iFi Zen Stream, and although it sounds good I have an issue I can’t resolve and their customer service is likewise abysmal. Never again. Do yourself a favor and go with Innuos or Aurender.

I've had an A8 for probably a year. Very happy with it. Occasional software issues, but they seem to be corrected pretty quickly. Listen to it almost daily. I have not had to use their customer service. I was considering upgrading to a HiFi Rose and the salesmen at a reputable store told me to stay with what I have. Everyone want top quality equipment at rock bottom prices. That cost savings has to come out somewhere. |
