Decware ZTPRE

Hello, long time lurker, first time poster. 

I am the second owner of a Decware ZTPRE and I have a dilemma. The power supply is inoperable. I have followed the flow chart on the Decware site and have changed the fuse but no joy. 

I am trying to decide if I should have it refurbished with a renewal of the warranty or if there is a market for the pre-amp in it's current condition. 

I have tried to research the value of this unit, but it seems there is not much information out there. 

Any help would be very appreciated.
