CPT equi=core 1800, can you place vertically?

I’m trying to save some space, do you guys see any issues with putting the unit on the floor vertically against the wall?  I don’t have space on the media center console itself so I want to hide the cpt unit by putting it on the ground vertically behind the media console with the sockets showing on top. Thx

I doubt it should make a difference. In fact, I think the power cords would seat better in the socket, due to gravity.
When in doubt, call the manufacturer. In this case Wally at Underwood hifi.

Nope, no problem at all, so long as normal ventilation is maintained.

The transformer can get warm.

I’ve been using mine this way for about 18 months and I haven’t seen any issues.
