Converting Vinyl to Digital

I want to convert my many vinyl records to digital - preferably stored on a server. I am looking for the very best sound quality and a relatively simple process. Best equipment and/or methods??

Forgot to mention. Speakers must be off when recording, and the turntable must be well set up and isolated. Monitor with headphones.

I have been happily digitizing my vinyl for about 8 years now with my Sweetvinyl Sugar Cube SC-2.  It is a turnkey solution that virtually eliminates ticks and pops, greatly reduces surface noise (I got the SVNR upgrade), and digitizes at up to 192/24.  I was part of the first round of beta testers, and I couldn't be happier.

It comes with software that allows you to split tracks and edit track start and find time.  Then it allows you to move the edited file into your server.

IME, the results come out almost as good as the original vinyl, to the point where it's hard to tell them apart, and I think the digitized vinyl sound quality usually bests the even the hi-res digital versions available from Qobuz.

Not sure what product availability is, but Music Direct carries the line.

streaming services cost money. if you have the albums, may as well digitize them at least so you can more readily enjoy them on other platforms/systems. I run my records through a marantz a/d converter, then into a CEDAR DCX declicker and CRX DeCrackler, then back through a mission d/a converter into my Tascam portable digital SD card recorder. after I fill the SD card I put it into my computer's SD card reader and drag/drop the files into my audio editing folder. I make adjustments using sound Forge pro and izotopeRX 8, then burn a CD from it. I've done this thousands of times.

$14 / month (like Qobuz or Tidal) for access to millions of albums at equivalent or better sound quality than vinyl is virtually free.
