Contacting Focal Naim America

I need the thread adapters for Gaia II.

I have been trying to contact Focal Naim America for over a month at the number listed on their website (800-663-9352).  No one answers on any extension.  Emails sent do not receive a reply.  

Anyone else having this issue?  Is there a different number or email for technical assistance?

Contacted Sean as suggested.  They were able to help, but were understandably concerned about the lack of response at Focal Naim America.
